Hello all
I used to consistently run a dev-log on IndieDB. Which, as many remember is an awesome website that does in fact still exist. However, I’ve decided it was time to migrate some things, and enhance my platforms.
With that being said, I’ve decided to start posting a monthly (hopefully) Dev-Log right here on my website for anyone who wishes to read. So, going forward, any readers who’ve made it this far can look forward to keeping up with my journey as an indie game dev.
For now, I won’t go into all of the crazy details, but, I still love making games. I care less about making it a career, in fact, I don’t want to. I just want to make games that people can enjoy, games that I enjoy, and can express my creativity in an interactive environment.
So for this post, I won’t go crazy into detail about what I’ve been working on, things I’ve learned, etc. But I will say I recently published a small game on my Itch.io page, which you can find links to in the Playable Games section of the website. The newest game is “CyberTanks: Arena” and is free to play. On that note, all of my games on Itch are and always will be free. CyberTanks: Arena was a fun project I made using TopDown Engine in Unity. I wanted to take a break from other things I was making and in my free time over the course of about 10 days, I put it together and made a fun mini-game. I plan on expanding the idea and creating an entire mini-series of multiple CyberTanks games. In fact, I’ve already begun working on the second one, which will have the same mechanics but take place in a completely new environment.
Really, that’s all for now. Thank you to anyone reading, anyone who interacts with this website or any of my other websites I’m constantly working on. I’m looking forward to sharing more of my creations with you all!
